This includes stock investment apps, softwares, algorithmic trading infrastructure, APIs for 3rd party development and loads of automations. We have an in-house UX - UI team which enables us to create user-centric products.
The plan is to make new revolutionary fintech products.

As a backend software developer, you would be required to develop APIs to be used by front-end and mobile app developers and manage SQL database.
You would also be a part of the product ideation and strategy along with the UX team.

Ø Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business goals, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent in the fintech space.
Ø Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
Ø Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
Ø Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
Ø Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to attract candidates who align with our company values and culture.
