Annual Meet Highlights
Annual Meet 2021 brought new focus onto team members at all levels, from frontline to Pan India.
This time AM 2021 featured a welcoming speech by Ms. Priya Sachdeva and an entry ribbon-cutting celebration followed by motivational words from the M.D. Mr.Sunil Nyati, the Whole-time director Ms. Anita Nyati, Cheif technology head Mr. Parth Nyati, and the Financial head Mr.Mahendra Sharma. The team Heads addressed the issues faced and discussed how can the management be redefined in the face of uncertainty for moving from Good to Great.
Mr.Vinit Rathi and Mr.Abhishek Chauhan shared the company's agenda for the year 2021. There were some icebreaking activities that provided new ways for members to connect, network, explore ideas, and learn in a flexible environment such as for Seniors, it was I ever I never, Iski Topi Uske Sir, Identification of 7 Core Values through images, Kursi Bachao, etc.
RBH-Minesh Raina, Jignesh Bhatt joined the team all way from Gujrat. They shared their experiences of last year by giving presentations and listing their future agendas for bringing out better client satisfaction. Finally, The meeting was concluded with DJ and Dinner.
The team members promised to implement the exciting ideas based on the feedback and suggestions of all the heads that made this year's Annual Meeting an even better experience for connecting, engaging, and learning.
