Nifty remained volatile throughout the day and closed lower on Nov 17 after two-day gains due to mixed global cues. Sensex closed 247.10 points lower or 0.40 percent at 61,733. Nifty ended 76.30 points lower at 18,333.40.
Tata consumer and Adani enterprises were among the top Nifty gainers with gains of around 2.14% and 1.56% respectively while the biggest losers were Titan and M&M with declines of 2.3% and 2.1% respectively.

Indian benchmark indices ended higher in the highly volatile session on November 15 with Nifty above 18400.
At Close, the Sensex was up 248.84 points or 0.40% at 61,872.99, and the Nifty was up 74.20 points or 0.40% at 18,403.40.
Power Grid and ONGC were among the top Nifty gainers with gain of around 2.2% each while the biggest losers were Coal India and HDFC Life with declines of 6% and 1.1% respectively

After a positive opening, the nifty falls over 70 points from the day’s high to close in the red.

Nifty Metal and Nifty Pharama were the top performing sectors today. Indian market started on a postive note but profit booking in second half pared intraday gains despite such highly volatile session, Indian market ended higher for the fourth straight day with sensex ended with gain of 146 points or 0.25% at 59,107 and Nifty closed with gain of 25.30 points or 0.14 percent at 17,512.30. HDFC and Nestle India were among the top gainers with gain of 2.15% and 1.81% respectively. NTPC and JSW steel were the top losers with decline of around 1.7%. Among sectors FMCG and Realty were top performing sectors.

Indian Benchmark indices continued the winning streak for the third consecutive session today amid positive global cues. Both sensex and Nifty ended the day with a gain of around 1% where the sensex and the Nifty touched the level of 59,143 and 17,527 respectively. Today again this gain was led by banking sector. SBI and adani ports were among the top gainer ,up nby 3.46% and 3.02 percent respectively. NTPC with decline of 0.89% and HDFC with decline of 0.75% were the top losers.

The key indices for Indian stocks concluded the day higher on Monday with a gain of about 0.8%. Despite mixed global cues, the indices rose for the second straight session.
The Nifty closed at 17,311 with a gain of 126 points, and the Sensex ended at 58410, up over 500 points. Banking was the top performing sector and SBI was the top performing stock with a gain of 3.12%. On the other hand, Hindalco was the top loser of the Nifty 50 for today with a decline of 2.23%.

Indian equity market witnessed a smart rally today on the back of positive global cues. Nifty surged 387 points while Sensex surged 1276 points and ended at 17275 and 58065 respectively. In today’s session, nifty has given negative closing after a strong close on Friday. Nifty falls 200-points from today’s high. The nifty bank is down 600 Points. All sectors ended in the red barring Nifty Pharma.

Nifty’s Biggest fall in the last two months

Nifty and Sensex, both indices witnessed a huge sell-off in the last two months which led to the decline of 346.55 points and 1093.22 points respectively as the market failed to sustain at higher levels. Nifty Bank touched its new high of 41,840.15

The Indian benchmark indices opened on a good note but failed to sustain at higher levels followed by the profit booking in the pharma and IT stocks. Nifty ended the session with a decline of 126.35 points and Sensex 412.96 points. Cautious Investors, ahead of US Inflation data

The Indian benchmark indices opened on a negative note and continued this trend by facing resistance at higher levels, leading to a negative close with the decline of 157.7 points in Nifty and 508.62 points in Sensex. The global cues are also on the negative side as investors are worried ahead of the US inflation data which is scheduled on Wednesday. Banking, Auto stocks nullifies IT losses

The Indian equity market started off on a gloomy note and was followed by weak global signals, the Nifty opened with a loss of 84.45 points but ended with a minor loss of 4.60 points and the Sensex with 86.61 points. Eichermotor and ONGC ended with gains of 3.93 percent and 3.29 percent, respectively, making them the top performers in today’s session. Nifty ended above 16,200 levels

The Nifty and Sensex both concluded with modest gains today, however they remianed in a range. The Nifty gained 87.7 points and the Sensex gained 303.38 points, respectively. LT and Powergrid, which closed with gains of 4.74 percent and 2.94 percent, respectively, were the biggest gainers in today’s trading session. Hdfclife and ONGC ended with a fall of 1.6 percent, making them the biggest losers.

Nifty, Sensex ended the session near the day’s high

The Indian benchmark indices began the day with a strong gap up and closed close to their intraday highs. Ahead of the weekly expiration of index options, today’s trading session was quite volatile. With the news of China’s relief package, metal stocks jumped in the closing minutes of trade. Bulls got the energy, with the fall in Crude oil prices

The Indian indices opened on a flat to positive note, where it managed to show smart rally after some volatility but ended the session with strong gains where Nifty closed with the gains of +178.95 points and Sensex with +616.62 points. Nifty closed in the Green, but Below 15,850 levels

The Nifty closed with gains of 83.3 points, while the Sensex closed with gains of 326.84 points, as the Indian benchmark concluded the day today in the green. 1500 shares increased and 711 shares decreased on the NSE, signifying favorable market breadth. Bank & FMCG negate the losses of Reliance

The Indian indexes today witnessed minor losses as the day came to a end, with the Nifty closing above the 15,750 level after touching a low of 15,511.05 in the early trading and the Sensex losing 111.01 points. After the Government increased taxes on the export of petrol and diesel as well as levied taxes on the windfall gains generated by domestic refineries, the Nifty Oil & Gas index fell, with Reliance being the largest loser down nearly 7 percent. The session’s best performers, ITC and Bajaj Finance, closed with gains of roughly 4 percent, while the session’s biggest losers, ONGC and Reliance, lost 13.53 percent and 7.20 percent, respectively.

Ahead of the Monthly Expiry, the Market remained in the range

The Indian benchmark indexes ended indecisively with the Nifty forming a Doji pattern and ending with slight losses of 18.85 points and the Sensex ending with 8.03 points before the monthly expiry. Bulls defended 15,700 level, thanks to Reliance

The Nifty50 and the Sensex both suffered slight losses of 51.10 points and 150.48 points, respectively, as Indian benchmark indexes finished in the negative. The index heavyweight Reliance Industries helped today’s session. Stocks of metals, real estate, and oil and gas companies rose, while those of banks, financial services, and FMCG companies fell. Today’s trading session stayed in a range ahead of the conclusion of the FOMC meeting later in the day, thus there was no apparent trend in the market. Both indexes ended the day with minor losses, with the Nifty closing at -39.95 points and the Sensex at -152.18 points. The Indian benchmark indexes began the day on a negative note, but quickly recovered to levels around 15850 before succumbing to global trend selling pressure, with both indices ending the day with minor losses of Nifty -42.3 points and Sensex -153.13 points. The Indian benchmark indices closed with a massive loss, owing to a weak global market in which the US Dow fell nearly 800 points in its last trading session and in the morning the US Futures were indicating a cut of 300 points as the US inflation is at a 40-year high and the FOMC is expected to hike rates in its upcoming meeting, resulting in the Nifty losing -427.4 points and the Sensex losing -1456.74 points. In this weak market, only Nestleind and Bajajauto were the stocks that managed to close in the green with gains of 0.47% and 0.01% respectively whereas the major losers were Bajaj twins which closed with the cut of 5-7%. Also, from the midcap space, Rblbank was the key highlight in today’s market as it fell almost 22% on the appointment of its new MD & CEO.

Today, Indian benchmark indices closed in the red followed by the weakness in the global market as there was hawkish commentary by the ECB where it intended to increase the rate by 25 basis points so leaving the market in red whereas the Nifty closed with the loss of -267.45 points and Sensex with -1016.84 points. The top gainers were Grasim and Apollo Hospitals, which closed in the green with gains of 1.33 percent and 0.83 percent, respectively, while the top losers were Kotakbank and Bajajfinance, who both ended with a significant loss of about 2%.

The Indian market concluded with modest gains ahead of the weekly expiry, with the Nifty closing with a gain of +121.85 points and the Sensex closing with a gain of +427.79 points, both of which managed to close at intraday highs, thanks to global market support. Drredy and BPCL were the top gainers on the Nifty50, closing with gains of 2.95 percent and 2.76 percent, respectively. The Nifty managed to retain the 16600 levels and ended the day in the green, gaining 105.25 points, while the Sensex gained 436.94 points. The top losers in the Nifty 50 were Apollohosp and Heromotoco, which lost 5% and 3%, respectively, while the best performers were Reliance and Bajajfinsrv, which gained 3.45 percent and 2.69 percent. Benchmark indices extended losses on the second trading day and ended with mild losses amid volatility. The day high of Nifty on Wednesday was 16649.2 and managed to give its closing at 16500 whereas Sensex closed with a drop of 185 points. JSWSTEEL and COALINDIA were the top performers closed with a gain of around 3% and 1% respectively where the top loser was the BAJAJ-AUTO followed by the weak auto sales number which closed in the red with a loss of 3.73%.

Today on the last day of the Q4 earning session the benchmark indices ended with modest losses. the Sensex, was down 359.33 points (-064%) to 55,566.41 and the Nifty 50 fell 76.85 points (0.46%) to 16584.55, Nifty Bank was also in red and was 339.55(0.95%) points down. so overall market was volatile amid a hike in crude oil prices and MSCI rebalancing.
